General Information
Past due accounts subject to cancellation. A FINANCE CHARGE which is computed at the periodic rate of 1% (minimum charge of $1.00) MONTHLY (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE 12%), may be assessed on any amount due, after applying payments received, which remains unpaid for 30 days or more after closing date. An N.S.F. Check Fee will apply.
- Our policy is to take, as garbage, whatever is by the garbage container. There will be an additional charge for anything above the subscribed amount or for 32 gallon cans over 65lbs. Carry-out service is available at an additional charge for anything five feet beyond our pick-up point.
- We are not responsible for articles left on, near, or stored in garbage containers.
- Containers must be available by 6:00 A.M. on pick-up day. There is a fee for return trips.
- It is the customer's responsibility to notify our office of any change in service, termination or mailing address. Charges will continue until notification is received.
- We are not responsible for damage to customer owned cans.
- Please make sure that al loose garbage is bagged.
- Holiday schedule: There is no garbage or recycling pick-up on New Years, July 4th, Thanksgiving or Christmas. Service after the holiday may be one day late. Containers should be out for pick-up on the regular day and the next day.
- Bulk item service is available. Please contact our office for rates & availability.
- Washington State prohibits needles, syringes or lancets in the garbage or recycling.
