IMPORTANT NOTICES
3/3/2026 It has come to our attention that there was an error with the March 1st residential billing cycle. We are working on a solution and hope to have this resolved soon. For customers that are on auto pay, you may notice that you were charged for an extra month. We will be more than happy to refund your credit card or let this amount remain on your account for a credit on the next billing cycle. As you can imagine, we are experiencing high call volume but want to make sure that we are able to assist every customer that this has impacted. Please email info@rubatino.com and put your address and account number in the subject line and your preferred remedy in the body of the email. Thank you for your patience and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
It is our policy to take as garbage whatever is in, on or around your garbage container. There will be an additional charge for anything exceeding the subscribed amount or 65lbs for 32gal cans.
Carry-out services are available at an additional cost for anything beyond 5ft from our pick-up point.
ALL GARBAGE MUST BE BAGGED.
If your lid is not securely closed, or has debris stacked on top, you will be charged for extra garbage.
We encourage customers to use online bill pay, pay by phone at 425-259-0044, by mail PO Box 3515 Seattle, WA 98124-3515, or our night drop located at 2812 Hoyt Ave Everett, WA.
HOLIDAY HOURS
There are only four holidays that Rubatino Refuse Removal does not operate on: Independance Day (4th of July), Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
All other holidays - Memorial Day, Labor Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day - will be on a normal schedule.
Thanksgiving Day (the 4th Thursday in November): There is no collection. Collection is delayed by one day.
4th of July: There is no collection. Collection is delayed by one day.
Christmas Day (December 25th): There is no collection. Collection is delayed by one day.
New Years Eve: Normal schedule.
New Years Day: There is no collection. Collection is delayed by one day.
Please bag your loose garbage and make sure all your containers are out at the curb or allley by 6:30 in the morning.
